Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity, including managing project timelines, delegating tasks to team members, and monitoring progress toward established goals. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, streamline workflows, and resolve any obstacles that may impede project completion. Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess team and individual contributions, providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth and accountability. Additionally, maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to report updates, address concerns, and ensure transparency throughout all initiatives.

Leading the development of compelling visual content, you will craft striking graphics using Adobe Creative Suite to drive monthly sales targets.

Video Editing: Create compelling short-form video content tailored for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and Cap Cut.

Oversee the social media calendar by drafting and scheduling posts for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Instagram.

Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to assist in the execution of new campaign launches and live event coverage.

Reporting responsibilities involve monitoring weekly metrics and conducting detailed data analyses to enhance engagement levels across all platforms.

Research emerging trends on social media platforms to ensure strategic relevance and engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks, such as Python, Java, or .NET. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with databases, such as SQL or NoSQL, and version control systems like Git. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

Recent graduate or current student in their final year pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Film, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrates a vibrant, engaging demeanor coupled with strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.

Fluent written English proficiency is essential, coupled with a talent for crafting engaging and polished captions.

Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, encompassing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro is required.

Proficient in photography and videography, with a keen ability to craft compelling visual narratives.
