This position is responsible for accurately registering and processing patient billing to ensure seamless access to medical care, in strict adherence to established procurement protocols and the Hospital’s strategic objectives.

Accurately receive, confirm, and register patients—including corporate clients, individuals, and insurance scheme participants—into the system with precision.

Responsible for generating patient invoices for hospital services rendered, accommodating various payment methods such as cash, credit cards, Mesa, and checks.

Scan patients’ records and forward the necessary documentation to the appropriate insurance providers to ensure timely processing. Additionally, make follow-up calls to insurers to expedite the approval of medical bill payments.

Provide patients with clear guidance regarding the approval status of their medical bills to facilitate their access to hospital services.

Daily collections of cash and checks are processed, with receipts subsequently submitted to the senior cashier for verification and record-keeping.

Receive and forward all medical invoices to the assistant accountant for distribution.

The position may involve additional duties as assigned by the supervisor, which may vary over time.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of progressively responsible experience in a comparable role. Ideal applicants will possess a strong academic foundation and hands-on expertise, ensuring they can contribute effectively from day one. Proficiency in industry-specific tools, methodologies, and best practices is essential, as is the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to evolving challenges.

A recognized institution must have awarded you a diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or another business-related discipline.

Holding a partial accounting qualification, such as CPA Part II or ARCA Level 2, is essential for this role.

Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and operating systems with a strong understanding of digital tools and technologies.

A minimum of two years of pertinent professional experience is required.
