Job Summary

The Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide support for the seamless operation of all dining venues and food & beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, revenue enhancement, and adherence to company policies. This position involves supervising restaurant managers, outlet supervisors, and service teams, coordinating service delivery, upholding quality standards, and contributing to the achievement of financial and operational goals.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. Monitor progress through regular assessments, provide constructive feedback to enhance performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes that support strategic goals. Maintain clear communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout all phases of execution.

Track guest satisfaction metrics diligently and address any concerns or feedback from guests without delay.

Perform routine assessments of dining spaces, service areas, and outlet facilities to ensure compliance with established standards.

Manage the execution of opening and closing protocols for retail outlets to ensure operational readiness and adherence to company standards.

Oversee and guide the performance of team members to ensure operational excellence and adherence to established standards. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment by providing clear direction, mentoring staff, and addressing performance issues proactively. Lead by example to inspire accountability, professional growth, and a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols while promoting teamwork and open communication.

Provide support for the recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling processes for food and beverage personnel.

Oversee outlet supervisors, captains, hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure operational excellence and team cohesion.

Evaluate performance and deliver targeted coaching to enhance both staff productivity and service quality.

Foster a collaborative atmosphere, uphold professional standards, and cultivate an encouraging workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related discipline is required.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three to five years of hands-on experience in food and beverage operations, including at least one to two years in a leadership capacity.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and manage group dynamics with proficiency.

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain clear, effective communication.

Possesses a solid comprehension of restaurant operations, proficient in using POS systems, and skilled in inventory management practices.

Proficient in food safety regulations and sanitation protocols.

Must be available to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
