Operate and maintain CCTV systems to safeguard premises and ensure security. Diligently record and report any incidents with accuracy and timeliness.
Support the Security team by facilitating daily operations and ensuring adherence to compliance protocols while safeguarding sensitive information and reinforcing organizational standards.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with up to two years of hands-on experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Applicants must possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in security-related disciplines.
Proficiency in managing and operating surveillance systems as well as handling IT infrastructure is required.
A commitment to upholding high standards, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to adhere strictly to established protocols are essential. Collaborative spirit, coupled with clear and effective communication skills, is equally vital for success in this role.
Compensation for this role is competitive, featuring a base salary alongside performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities encompass project management, stakeholder communication, and delivering measurable results while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
The monthly net salary for this position is KES 15,000.
