Oversee a range of critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, project execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Daily cash and POS reconciliation involves comparing point-of-sale system reports with actual collections and promptly addressing discrepancies, including cashier shortages or overages.

Process a substantial volume of supplier invoices, primarily for vendors in the fast-moving consumer goods and fresh produce sectors, while ensuring accurate reconciliation of supplier statements to facilitate prompt payment processing.

Inventory Support: Provide assistance during regular stock-takes at the store and contribute to the analysis of inventory discrepancies.

Oversee branch petty cash disbursements and ensure meticulous, current record-keeping for all transactions.

The professional will support the preparation and submission of statutory returns, including those required by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), and the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NAIF).

Maintain meticulously organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick access to records during audits.
