The ideal candidate will spearhead revenue growth initiatives, cultivate and maintain strong client connections, and consistently meet or exceed established performance goals.

Oversee a range of critical responsibilities, including leading cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Monitor operational performance through data analysis and reporting, while fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and efficiency. Additionally, serve as a liaison between senior management and departmental teams to align business objectives with team actions, ensuring clear communication and accountability at all levels.

Proactively source and engage new clients through on-site outreach, referrals, and online channels to promote logbook loans, motorbike financing and sales, as well as phone financing and sales initiatives.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture enduring, positive connections with both prospective and current customers, fostering satisfaction and driving recurring engagements.

Acquire comprehensive understanding of all available products and services, providing customers with precise explanations of loan characteristics, conditions, and technical specifications.

Guide clients seamlessly through the application process for loans or purchases, meticulously collecting and verifying all required documentation while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Perform comprehensive financial and credit evaluations for prospective clients or business entities to ascertain eligibility and proactively mitigate potential risks.

Achieve or surpass assigned sales and performance benchmarks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for every product category.

Market Research: Track market dynamics and competitor actions, delivering strategic insights to management to inform the development of successful sales strategies, innovative products, and compelling offers.

Reporting responsibilities include compiling and submitting routine reports that detail sales performance metrics, customer engagement outcomes, and market feedback analyses.

Provide outstanding after-sales service and support, addressing customer inquiries and complaints with promptness and professionalism.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Strong proficiency in [specific software/tools] is essential, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices is highly valued.
