Subsequently, compile findings into a structured and executable roadmap, which will be presented to governmental stakeholders after the workshop.

Disseminating compiled insights and communicating them effectively to designated audiences is essential.

Engage actively in the national workshop by delivering presentations that highlight key findings and outputs from the research studies.

Facilitate meaningful discussions throughout the workshop to identify and address knowledge gaps effectively.

Proficient in written and verbal communication, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar position, supported by a proven track record of achieving measurable results. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is highly desirable. Additionally, the successful applicant must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry trends is also required.

An advanced university degree, specifically a master’s degree or equivalent qualification in microbiology, environmental health, environmental management, environmental science, or a closely related discipline, is essential.

Equivalent work experience of two additional years may be considered as a substitute for a university degree requirement.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in environmental policy, public health, or a closely aligned discipline is necessary.

A minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in antimicrobial resistance, with particular emphasis on environmental factors—including pollution, chemical exposure, waste management, and wastewater—is essential.

Required is a demonstrated track record of delivering technical and policy assistance within diverse, cross-disciplinary, and multi-sectoral environments at the global, regional, and/or national scale.

A proven ability to collaborate productively with a wide range of stakeholders—such as government entities, UN agencies, the Quadripartite, private sector representatives, and international organizations—is highly valued.
