Series Luxury Suites presents an Apprenticeship opportunity within its Security Department, specializing in CCTV Operations. This introductory program caters to candidates with fewer than two years of experience in security monitoring or allied fields, aiming to cultivate expertise in professional surveillance and hospitality security.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive productivity and reduce costs. Lead initiatives to foster innovation, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance. Serve as a key liaison between departments, facilitating seamless communication and coordination to achieve shared objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of excellence. Additionally, mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to cultivate a high-performing team environment.
Operate and oversee CCTV systems to safeguard premises and maintain security standards. Monitor surveillance feeds continuously, documenting and escalating incidents with precision and urgency as required.
The Security team will receive dedicated support for ongoing operations and compliance-related activities, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of practical experience in CCTV operations or security monitoring. Educational qualifications must include a certificate, diploma, or degree in a security-related field.
Professionals should possess foundational expertise in managing surveillance systems and handling information technology operations effectively.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and strict adherence to established protocols are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders is required.
