Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, education, or human services, and hold certification or license where applicable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in crisis intervention techniques, ethical decision-making, and case management practices. Familiarity with relevant software, databases, and compliance regulations is also necessary. The ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion, and adhere to professional standards is paramount.

Holding a diploma or degree in sales and marketing, or in any business-related discipline, is essential for this role.

Seasoned professionals with hands-on experience within microfinance institutions are strongly encouraged to apply.
