Maintain the close-out backlog tracker and conduct regular follow-ups with relevant teams to ensure pending Sons are resolved promptly.

Provide assistance to the Awards Assistant by maintaining and distributing the partner reporting tracker and ensuring timely updates to the Awards Management System (AMS).

Provide assistance to the Awards Assistant in distributing prompt calendar invitations for the award-led meetings.

Facilitate the execution of action items arising from award-related meetings, ensuring they are promptly reviewed and distributed as required.

Assist in compiling management information from AMS and distributing it to the team through a monthly portfolio analysis report, which includes details on awards in the pipeline, active awards, awards under amendment, high-risk awards, and closed awards.

Maintain the AMS to ensure it remains current, accurate, and fully compliant, while meticulously documenting the complete audit trail for all awards and sub-awards.
