The Role
As an Operations Associate, you will serve as the central hub for our kitchen operations, facilitating seamless collaboration among chefs, delivery personnel, customer support teams, and technological platforms to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, coordination of cross-functional projects, and management of daily operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor and oversee incoming orders within delivery platforms and internal systems to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
To oversee the organization of order fulfillment, packaging processes, and shipment logistics, ensuring that all deliveries are completed within the designated timeframes.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen personnel to ensure orders are processed promptly while addressing any operational inefficiencies that may arise.
Collaborate closely with riders to streamline pickup processes and optimize delivery workflows.
Ensure order accuracy, presentation, and packaging standards are met prior to dispatch.
Efficiently address and resolve customer, rider, and operational issues as they arise, ensuring prompt and effective solutions in real time.
Monitor and analyze critical operational metrics, including preparation durations, dispatch intervals, and order precision.
Conduct inventory assessments for packaging materials and operational supplies to ensure accurate stock levels and operational efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, uphold impeccable cleanliness standards, and fully comply with all operational regulations.
Provide support in daily reporting tasks and participate in ongoing improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field is required.
One year or more of hands-on experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, retail, restaurant management, or customer service is highly beneficial.
Organized and capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
Proven expertise in communication and analytical problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to convey ideas clearly and resolve challenges efficiently.
Proficient in thriving within a high-velocity operational setting, demonstrating adaptability and resilience amidst dynamic challenges.
Individuals must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a profound sense of accountability for their work.
Proficient use of Google Sheets, Excel, and digital platforms is required.
