This position is responsible for registering and billing patients to ensure seamless access to medical care at the hospital, aligning with established protocols and organizational goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, where you will be responsible for executing a diverse range of duties aligned with our organizational objectives. Accurately receive, confirm, and register patients—including corporate clients, individuals, and those covered by insurance schemes—into the system.

Bill patients for hospital services rendered using various payment methods, such as cash, credit cards, Mesa, and checks.

Responsibilities include electronically transmitting patients’ documents to the appropriate insurance providers and conducting follow-up calls to ensure timely approval of medical payment claims.

Provide patients with clear, accurate guidance regarding the approval status of their medical bills to ensure they can utilize hospital services without delay.

Schedule follow-up appointments for patients at the hospital and ensure they receive timely notifications about their upcoming visits.

Daily collections of bank funds and checks are processed and subsequently submitted to the senior cashier along with the corresponding receipts.

Compile and deliver daily payment summary reports to the senior cashier promptly and efficiently.

Upon receipt, all medical invoices are promptly forwarded to the assistant accountant for processing and distribution.

The position may include additional duties as delegated by the supervisor at their discretion.

Seeking a candidate with a solid educational background and relevant professional experience. Applicants must hold a degree in a related field, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. A proven ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights is required. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this position.

A recognized institution must have awarded a diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related business fields.

A partial accounting qualification, such as completion of the CPA Part II or ARCA program, is required.

Proficient in utilizing modern computer systems and software applications with ease and efficiency.

A minimum of two years of pertinent professional experience is required.
