We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee human resources operations and lead people management initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with employment laws, develop and implement HR policies, and foster a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, administering compensation and benefits, and driving performance management programs. Additionally, the role requires expertise in talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement strategies to align HR practices with organizational goals. Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. Administer recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and exit procedures in strict accordance with the approved staffing framework and allocated budget.
Own and implement the performance management framework, encompassing appraisal systems, key performance indicators (KPIs), and the governance of Performance Improvement Plans (Pips).
Evaluate and endorse the outcomes derived from training needs analysis as well as the proposed annual training plans.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution processes to ensure a fair and compliant work environment.
Collaborate with the Finance team to establish and authorize compensation structures, benefits frameworks, and payroll-related HR controls.
HR Systems, Reporting, and Audit Support professionals are responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of human resources data management, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and conducting thorough audits to uphold compliance standards. These roles involve overseeing HR information systems, generating insightful reports for strategic decision-making, and implementing measures to mitigate risks associated with data inaccuracies. Candidates for these positions should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools, and a meticulous approach to compliance and audit procedures. Oversee the implementation, functionality, and continuous improvement of HR and Administration systems, including ERP, staff portals, and leave management platforms, while driving automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Earned a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management, with a comprehensive curriculum covering essential areas such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance. This program provides in-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, organizational behavior, and strategic workforce planning. It also emphasizes practical skills in HR software, data analysis for workforce metrics, and effective communication techniques for HR professionals.
Must hold a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation, ideally obtained through the Human Resources Professionals Association (ARPA) or an equivalent governing body.
Must hold current and active membership as a Full Practitioner with either the Institute of Human Resource Management (HRM) or the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
