What you’ll do:
As a Senior Sales & Customer Manager, you will serve as the primary representative of the school to families and the broader community, embodying its values and mission. Devise and implement DISC’s student recruitment strategy, ensuring its execution across the four campuses.
Propel enrollment expansion while overseeing the admissions process in its entirety.
Develop robust prospect pipelines by cultivating strategic partnerships and conducting targeted outreach initiatives.
Facilitate parent involvement in educational programs and enhance student retention efforts to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and analyze admissions data within the CRM system, subsequently providing strategic insights to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Direct the local admissions and marketing team while ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient execution of strategies.
Collaborate effectively with Heads of School to advance enrollment objectives, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and strategic goals.
Promote robust and consistent branding of the ENSO brand throughout all campus locations.

With a minimum of five to seven years of hands-on experience in Sales, Admissions, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management, candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to boost enrollment growth, streamline the admissions pipeline, and deliver exceptional experiences for prospective families at every stage—from initial outreach to final enrollment.
With a demonstrated history of driving growth and conversion, this role will be pivotal in enhancing DISC’s enrollment strategy, optimizing conversion rates, and advancing the school’s long-term developmental goals.
Proven track record in leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders is essential to successfully oversee the admissions process, facilitate seamless collaboration between academic and operational departments, and maintain cross-functional alignment.
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and digital marketing strategies is essential for effectively handling inquiries, monitoring admissions data, and enhancing outreach and visibility via digital platforms.
