Our client, an on-demand courier service specializing in deliveries facilitated through their mobile app, is seeking a Partner Onboarding Agent. This role involves providing dedicated support to both current and prospective clients, ensuring seamless activations and seamless upgrade processes.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations, coordinating team activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of performance. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency while fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, streamline processes, and achieve organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines while prioritizing safety and quality assurance.
Responsibilities include systematically contacting and evaluating all prospective partners, as well as providing comprehensive training to ensure they can effectively manage their respective stores.
We provide assistance to partners encountering on-boarding challenges, such as malfunctioning devices, difficulties with the web application, or issues with credentials, as reported across all internal communication channels and Customer support systems.
The team should first assess whether there are any existing onboarding priorities, particularly for partners whose onboarding has been contacted but subsequently deferred to a later date.
Oversee all self-onboarding and communication channels to ensure seamless operations.
After completing partner training, facilitating the activation of stores on the Salesforce platform and providing administrative support will be your key responsibilities.
The Administrator is responsible for implementing updates and modifications to menus, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all additions and corrections. This role involves reviewing existing menu items, identifying discrepancies, and applying necessary changes to meet current standards and requirements. Attention to detail and proficiency in menu management systems are essential to maintain consistency and quality in menu offerings.
Responsible for transporting and distributing essential promotional materials—such as bags, stickers, tablets, or additional items—as specified by partner stores during onboarding visits. Additionally, may be tasked with handling other content-related responsibilities as needed.
Store establishment requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure each new location aligns with brand standards, operational efficiency, and customer experience goals. This process involves identifying prime locations, negotiating leases, designing store layouts that optimize workflow and aesthetics, and coordinating with various departments to secure necessary permits, equipment, and staffing. Additionally, the role demands rigorous compliance with all regulatory requirements, budget management to control costs, and collaboration with marketing teams to plan grand openings and promotional events that drive initial foot traffic. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously are essential for success in this position.
Reviewing incoming emails to identify and process new activation assignments.
Assigned activation projects require meticulous development of all content components, including comprehensive store setup and menu formulation.
In the absence of new activations, we conduct a content improvement review to ensure the menus of already implemented stores comply with current standards.
Various ad-hoc content-related tasks may be assigned by the Finance, Commercial, and Sales departments to address improvements or necessary corrections.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is required.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel with expertise in data analysis, spreadsheet management, and advanced functions is required.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizing tasks and effectively managing time.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, characterized by attentive listening and clear articulation.
Able to function effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
Demonstrates a strong capacity to maintain high productivity levels while upholding rigorous standards of quality and precision.
