Responsibilities

In partnership with pertinent business units, create and maintain up-to-date technical training materials.

Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly training calendars to align with organizational goals and employee development needs.

Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to pinpoint capability deficiencies and determine areas requiring enhancement.

Deliver instructional sessions focused on technical training for both workshop and Afterwales staff.

Assess the impact of training programs and propose enhancements to foster ongoing development.

To maintain the relevance of training materials, they should be continuously updated to reflect current industry trends, technological advancements, and the organization’s established standards.

Oversee the administration of training records and deliver consistent reports detailing training initiatives and their resulting outcomes.
