Job Purpose
To enhance the efficiency of guard force operations, this position assists the Operations Officer by overseeing proper deployment, maintaining supervision, enforcing discipline, monitoring digital attendance, and ensuring precise documentation. The role is pivotal in delivering high-quality services, sustaining operational continuity, and upholding company standards across all assigned jurisdictions.

Oversee and administer daily guard deployment to ensure complete coverage of all assignments.
Responsible for developing and updating duty rosters, monitoring daily attendance records, organizing off-duty schedules, and managing leave plans for all assigned guards.
Maintain an accurate and current Suspended Off Register while ensuring prompt recovery of suspended items.
Daily, ensure guard attendance by conducting physical inspections and mandating digital QR code scanning.
All guards must wear visible name tags containing valid QR codes that are consistently updated to maintain compliance at all times.
Enforce digital compliance by verifying 100% scanning coverage across duty stations, off-duty locations, and patrol checkpoints to ensure accurate reporting.
Perform routine on-site inspections to verify adherence to grooming standards, dress code compliance, discipline levels, and operational preparedness.
Ensure all guards are thoroughly familiar with and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as any instructions specific to their assigned tasks.
Investigate, record, and resolve disciplinary matters at the assignment level in accordance with established company protocols.
Promptly notify the Operations Officer and Area Manager of any disciplinary matters to ensure appropriate follow-up action.
Offer comprehensive assistance to investigations by preparing meticulously detailed and precise incident and disciplinary reports.
Monitor assignment conditions vigilantly and promptly escalate any incidents, hazards, or security issues to the control room.
Regularly engage with clients in your designated area to gather feedback and identify issues requiring resolution, ensuring prompt escalation to the appropriate channels.
Ensure service quality is upheld by guaranteeing that guards uphold professionalism and consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
Ensure the assigned motorbike is operated and maintained responsibly, performing regular upkeep and immediately reporting any defects.
Ensure guards’ uniforms, QR tags, and equipment remain in optimal condition and are promptly replaced as needed.
Maintain precise records encompassing deployment sheets, checklists, obstetric summaries, digital logs, and client feedback.
Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Officer for review and analysis.
Provide guidance and assistance in maintaining business continuity and managing emergency responses at the assigned level.
Execute all other legitimate duties delegated by the Operations Officer or senior management to facilitate operational activities.
