Position Overview

The Resort Supervisor oversees daily operations encompassing guest services, food and beverage, and recreational facilities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This position is tasked with upholding elevated service standards and curating memorable guest experiences through meticulous management and proactive leadership.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Conduct thorough evaluations of performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancement across all processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions that meet business needs while adhering to budgetary and quality standards. Provide leadership in problem-solving, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation to support sustainable growth and efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.

Provide strategic direction and foster a high-performing team by overseeing employee performance, organizing work schedules, and leading training initiatives to enhance skills and engagement.

Operations Oversight: Ensure adherence to quality standards through continuous monitoring, diligent maintenance, and efficient food service operations.

Provide support for financial oversight by contributing to budget development, monitoring expenditures, and enhancing the efficiency of resource distribution.

Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory mandates to maintain operational integrity and mitigate risks.

Provide assistance in organizing and managing special events, conferences, and recreational activities, ensuring seamless planning and execution.

Seeking a highly motivated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial reporting, audit, or compliance is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) are required, along with excellent communication abilities. The role demands adherence to regulatory standards, accurate data analysis, and timely financial planning. Ability to mentor junior staff, lead cross-functional projects, and present findings to stakeholders is highly valued.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline is required.

Requires a minimum of two to five years of leadership experience in hospitality or resort management roles.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, convey ideas clearly, and resolve complex challenges with innovative solutions.

Proficiency with property management systems and hospitality-specific software is required.

Must possess flexibility to work varied hours, encompassing weekends and holidays.
