This role is designed to oversee the brand strategy for M.P. Additionally, the position contributes to brand enhancement by contributing to the creation of crisis management plans and establishing consistent image guidelines. To further elevate our brand presence, the role will identify and implement quarterly Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities for the hospital.

The Brand Manager will uphold brand consistency by thoroughly reviewing all hospital publications prior to release. Responsible for creating and refining all communication materials for the hospital, they must also prioritize brand visibility by consistently developing and distributing marketing content.

The brand manager collaborates with all hospital departments to deliver comprehensive support, including the development of patient educational materials, editing and restructuring of documents, and provision of signage and branding materials.

Media & Social Media Engagement – Secure coverage across both mainstream and alternative media platforms while elevating overall social media engagement to a monthly target of 1.6%.

Develop comprehensive marketing campaign proposals for the month, including detailed budget allocations for each initiative. Identify and engage key partners—such as influencers, media outlets, and hospital departments—to collaborate on campaign execution. Oversee the full implementation of each campaign, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.

Key metrics will be used to measure job performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. These indicators will evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of responsibilities carried out, providing clear benchmarks for success. Regular assessments will track progress against defined targets, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
