To assist the Operations Officer in maintaining effective guard force operations, the position involves proper deployment, supervision, and discipline enforcement, alongside digital attendance tracking and precise record-keeping. This role guarantees consistent service delivery, uninterrupted operations, and adherence to company standards across all assigned areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of duties tailored to ensure operational excellence and team success. Key tasks involve leading project initiatives, collaborating across departments to align on strategic objectives, and overseeing daily workflows to maintain productivity. Additionally, the role demands meticulous attention to detail in analyzing data, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Execute and oversee daily guard deployment to guarantee complete coverage of all assigned posts.

Responsible for developing and updating duty rosters, monitoring daily attendance records, managing off-duty schedules, and coordinating leave plans for all assigned guards.

Oversee suspended accounts by maintaining a current Suspended Off Register and facilitating prompt recovery efforts.

Ensure daily verification of guard attendance by conducting physical inspections and completing mandatory digital QR code scanning procedures.

Ensure all guards maintain visible and up-to-date name tags equipped with QR codes at all times.

Ensure full digital compliance by conducting mandatory 100% scans at duty stations, off-duty locations, and patrol checkpoints for reporting purposes.

Perform routine field supervision to assess adherence to grooming, uniform standards, discipline, and operational readiness.

Ensure all guards are fully informed of and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures as well as any instructions specific to their assigned duties.

Identify, document, and resolve disciplinary issues at the assignment level, ensuring compliance with established company protocols and procedures.

Promptly refer any disciplinary matters to the Operations Officer and the Area Manager for additional review and appropriate measures.

Submit thorough and precise incident and disciplinary reports to support ongoing investigations effectively.

Monitor assignment parameters vigilantly and promptly escalate any incidents, identified risks, or security-related concerns to the control room.

Regularly engage with clients in your designated area to gather feedback and address concerns by escalating them for resolution.

Ensure service quality is upheld through the maintenance of professionalism among guards and the fulfillment of client expectations.

Operate and oversee the designated motorbike with accountability, performing routine maintenance as needed and promptly documenting any defects or issues that arise.

Ensure guards’ uniforms, QR tags, and equipment remain in optimal condition and are promptly replaced as needed.

Maintain precise documentation, encompassing deployment sheets, checklists, OB summaries, digital logs, and client feedback.

Compile and deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Officer in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide guidance to ensure business continuity and emergency response measures are effectively implemented at the assignment level.

Support all operational tasks and initiatives as directed by the Operations Officer or senior management to ensure seamless business functioning.
