Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows that enhance productivity and align with long-term goals. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Serve as a primary liaison between departments, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and alignment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and ethical guidelines while mitigating risks. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and innovation to maintain a competitive advantage. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and track expenditures to achieve fiscal responsibility. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members to cultivate a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Ensure the secure and timely transportation of staff, documents, and goods as directed. Uphold strict confidentiality regarding discussions and movements throughout all assignments. Demonstrate punctuality by strictly adhering to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.

Demonstrates consistently ethical behavior and upholds the highest standards of professional integrity in all interactions.

Ensure the assigned vehicle remains clean, well-maintained, and in proper working order, including routine upkeep, refueling, inspections, and insurance compliance. Additionally, demonstrate adaptability to handle emergencies as they arise.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. Three or more years of relevant professional experience is strongly preferred. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Experience with data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are critical. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required. Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or agile methodologies is a plus.

A minimum GCSE certificate is required for this position.

A valid Kenyan driving license accompanied by an unblemished driving history is required.

A minimum of three years’ experience in the role of a light vehicle driver is required.

Possesses comprehensive expertise in road safety regulations and the intricacies of Nakuru’s road network, including adjacent regions.

Demonstrates a foundational understanding of vehicle upkeep and essential maintenance tasks.

Consistently demonstrates integrity, dependability, and professionalism, accompanied by strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Must be available to work varying hours as needed to fulfill operational demands.
