About the Role
Own the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of user-facing digital solutions and internal dashboard systems. Collaborate closely with the UI/UX Designer and Backend Developer to create intuitive, responsive, and high-performance interfaces that boost staff efficiency and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, operational management, and stakeholder engagement. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance organizational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project initiatives, optimize workflows, and achieve key performance indicators. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and prepare detailed reports to inform executive decision-making. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams to facilitate seamless communication and alignment with organizational objectives. Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and cost-saving measures to support sustainable growth.
Develop interactive dashboards and internal portals specifically designed to enhance staff productivity and streamline operational workflows.
Develop a comprehensive frontend component library and accompanying style guide to standardize UI development across projects.
Developing dynamic, user-centric web interfaces that seamlessly interact with users in real time.
Integration testing entails verifying the seamless interaction between various software components, ensuring they function cohesively as a unified system. Additionally, the role involves generating detailed browser compatibility reports to assess how the application performs across different web browsers and versions, identifying potential issues, and recommending solutions to enhance cross-browser functionality.

Must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely aligned discipline is required.
With a minimum of four years of hands-on frontend development expertise, you have successfully delivered robust, production-ready applications.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of four years of frontend development experience, where proficiency in React.js—specifically Next.js—is essential.
With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in React.js—ideally with Next.js—you have also contributed to the creation and maintenance of component libraries.
Seeking candidates with at least two years of hands-on TypeScript experience, demonstrated in professional or production-level codebases.
Proficiency in TypeScript within a live production setting is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Demonstrates a strong track record of seamless integration with REST APIs and external third-party systems, ensuring robust connectivity and functionality across platforms.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing designs from Figma or Adobe XD handoffs is required.
A solid understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards is essential to this role.
Portfolio showcasing production-ready web applications with responsive and accessible design.
