We are seeking a Sales and Leasing Consultant to spearhead the marketing and sales of our available spaces in Nairobi, serving a pan-African scope.

As part of this opportunity, you will assume responsibility for executing key duties associated with this position, ensuring all outlined tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the specified skill set, possess relevant qualifications, and meet any additional criteria established for the role. Your primary responsibilities will include managing processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of work quality. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to company policies, contribute to team objectives, and address any challenges that may arise in the course of your duties.

The position is a full-time, on-site Sales and Leasing Consultant role situated in Nairobi County, Kenya. The incumbent will undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

Establish and nurture robust connections with startups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), large corporations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and remote professionals.

Leverage strategic networking initiatives, client referrals, digital channels, and personalized outreach efforts to cultivate and expand the pipeline of prospective business opportunities.

We aim to drive sales of coworking memberships, private offices, dedicated desks, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces to meet client needs and maximize space utilization.

Lead engaging and informative tours for prospective clients, highlighting the range of available facilities with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Create and sustain a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent revenue growth.

Draft, review, and finalize membership agreements and lease documents, engaging in strategic negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.

Transform inquiries into paying members and cultivate enduring client relationships.

Strive to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly occupancy and revenue goals through strategic planning and execution.

Evaluate and pursue avenues to enhance revenue through the promotion of supplementary services.

Address member inquiries and issues in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring all concerns are handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Marketing available properties, orchestrating property tours, and facilitating tours for prospective residents throughout the leasing journey—from initial inquiry to final move-in—are central responsibilities of this role.

The position involves drafting and overseeing lease documents, guaranteeing precise lease management, and keeping all records current within applicable systems.

The consultant will address resident inquiries, provide timely resolutions to issues, and develop strategies aimed at improving resident retention and satisfaction.

The role encompasses ongoing collaboration with property management and maintenance teams, tracking market trends, and driving occupancy and revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.

Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives designed to enhance occupancy rates.

Engage in various networking events, exhibitions, and professional forums to foster connections and expand business opportunities.

Cultivate strategic alliances with industry associations, local chambers of commerce, and emerging entrepreneurial networks to foster collaborative growth opportunities.

Conduct in-depth research to analyze competitor products and their pricing structures in the market.

Oversee the organization and upkeep of CRM records while preparing detailed sales activity reports ensuring accurate data tracking and analysis.

Monitor occupancy rates, track sales performance, and analyze lead conversion metrics to evaluate business efficiency and identify growth opportunities.

Compile and generate weekly and monthly sales reports for review and analysis.

Ensure all membership agreements and their corresponding documentation are accurately organized and stored in compliance with established filing procedures.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] and strong communication skills are essential. The ideal applicant will demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning. Highly preferred is substantial sales or leasing experience within real estate, property management, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated capability to work on-site, handle competing priorities, and consistently achieve leasing and occupancy goals within a high-paced setting.

Proficient in using standard office software and property management or CRM systems; adept at leveraging digital tools for reporting and documentation.

A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is highly beneficial.

Maintaining high ethical standards, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, and delivering a consistently professional and customer-centric service approach are essential.
