Strath more School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to fill the position with Mathematics and Science & Technology teacher within its Lower Primary division. The ideal applicant will deliver instruction in Mathematics as the core subject, with additional teaching responsibilities in Science and Technology for students in Grades 1 through 3.

We seek a professional with deep subject expertise and a passion for educating young learners, coupled with the skill to create dynamic, developmentally suitable lessons.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, resolve challenges, and maintain high performance across all assigned tasks. Additionally, monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Stakeholder communication and reporting are essential components to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process.

Develop and implement engaging, high-quality Mathematics and Science & Technology lessons specifically designed for students in Grades 1 through 3.

Design and develop instructional activities that are fully aligned with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Evaluate learner advancement on an ongoing basis, delivering prompt feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.

Maintain precise documentation of learner attendance, performance metrics, and developmental progress.

Foster an uplifting, diverse, and intellectually engaging classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and motivated to learn.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to foster the wellbeing and academic success of students.

Engage in various school-related events, collaborative staff meetings, and continuous professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and contribute to the school community.
