Job Description
We are in search of a meticulous and client-centric Sales Administrator to facilitate seamless daily sales operations, uphold superior client relationships, and foster effective collaboration among customers, sales personnel, and leadership. The preferred applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently within a dynamic retail setting.
Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines. Maintain accurate documentation, conduct performance evaluations, and provide mentorship to foster professional development among team members. Additionally, monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve organizational objectives.
Oversee the management and regular updating of customer databases and sales records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with the sales team to monitor orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and precision.
Compile and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports for managerial assessment and strategic planning.
Provide support in overseeing inventory management and facilitating the replenishment of stock as needed.
Provide assistance with marketing and promotional initiatives as needed.
Maintain accurate and systematic filing and organization of all administrative documentation to ensure efficient retrieval and compliance with record-keeping standards.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels with professionalism and urgency.
Safeguard sensitive company and client data with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
Seeking a highly motivated professional with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field and a strong academic background in a relevant discipline. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools. Should be adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks effectively, and collaborating across departments to achieve organizational objectives. Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a pertinent field, along with any necessary certifications or licenses as specified by the role. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is highly desirable.
A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a comparable discipline is required.
At least three years of prior sales experience specifically in branded promotional products represents a beneficial qualification.
Demonstrates strong command of Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
