Job Purpose

This position is tasked with overseeing the brand strategy for M.P. Shah Hospital, ensuring alignment with the target market by upholding brand integrity and promoting products and services that meet the evolving needs of both current and prospective patients through strategic public relations and marketing initiatives.

Oversee and manage key responsibilities and ensure adherence to established accountabilities, fostering efficient operational performance. Lead and coordinate critical tasks to drive project success while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals and enhance overall productivity. Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet strategic objectives. In alignment with the Hospital’s strategic objectives, you will analyze market trends to develop and execute annual brand and marketing initiatives by evaluating strategic partnerships, reviewing competitive market activities, and identifying key hospital drivers to elevate brand recognition. Additionally, you will contribute to brand enhancement efforts by assisting in the creation of crisis management plans and establishing consistent image standards. To further strengthen our brand presence, you will identify and implement quarterly corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that align with the hospital’s mission and values.

The Brand Manager is tasked with maintaining brand consistency by meticulously reviewing all hospital documents prior to their release. They are responsible for creating and refining all communication materials for the hospital, ensuring not only adherence to standardized guidelines but also enhancing visibility through the consistent production of engaging marketing content.

The brand manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating hospital communication by collaborating with various departments to deliver tailored support, including the development of patient educational resources, editing and restructuring documents, and designing signage and branding materials.

Media & Social Media Engagement – Secure coverage across both mainstream and alternative media platforms while elevating overall social media engagement to 1.6% monthly.

Develop and oversee marketing initiatives by crafting proposals tailored to each month’s campaigns, allocating appropriate budgets, and coordinating with external collaborators—including influencers, media outlets, and hospital departments—to execute the initiatives effectively.

As a Brand Visibility Index professional, you will play a key role in enhancing and measuring the brand’s presence across multiple channels. Your responsibilities will include tracking brand mentions, analyzing sentiment trends, and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand recognition. You will utilize advanced analytics tools to assess performance metrics and generate actionable insights for optimizing brand exposure. Essential qualifications include a background in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are critical for interpreting complex datasets and presenting findings effectively to stakeholders.
