Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive sustainable growth. Lead project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to deliver measurable results. Monitor key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices at all times.

Daily verification of cash receipts is conducted to ensure accuracy across riders, branches, and payment channels.

Monitor rider payments to confirm accuracy and promptly process collections for disbursement.

Proactively contact riders and branches to address any outstanding balances, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with established standards.

Provide support in computing rider remuneration and all delivery-associated compensation.

Compile daily and weekly financial reconciliation reports, as well as finance summaries, to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.

Ensure adherence to established cash handling and operational finance procedures across all branches.

Review processes to detect discrepancies, leaks, or inefficiencies, and promptly elevate findings through appropriate channels when necessary.

Provide assistance to finance and operations teams by conducting audits, implementing controls, and enhancing processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Verify operational data by comparing it against platform reports and internal systems for accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

Seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of practical experience in finance, reconciliation, audit, accounting, or a comparable professional field.

Proficiency in reconciliation or audit processes represents a significant advantage for this role. Candidates who have previously engaged in such activities will be given special consideration during the evaluation process.

Requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

Proficient in managing extensive datasets and generating operational reports with ease.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong command of spreadsheet functions, data analysis, and report generation. Demonstrates expertise in creating and managing complex spreadsheets, utilizing advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros to streamline workflows. Adept at organizing, sorting, and analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Comfortable with dynamic data visualization through charts, graphs, and dashboards to present information clearly and effectively.

Demonstrated capacity to thrive in high-pressure operational settings characterized by rapid workflow and substantial workload demands.

Accomplished professionals must demonstrate exceptional proficiency in clear, concise communication and diligent follow-through in all interactions.

Professionals with prior involvement in logistics, delivery, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or restaurant management will be viewed favorably.
