Person Specification
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an equivalent nursing diploma is required for this position.
A Higher Diploma in Neonatal/Pediatric Critical Care Nursing, specifically in NICU/PICK, is an essential qualification for this role.
Holding a current and valid license from the Nursing Council of Kenya is required.
Demonstrates current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), along with Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLAS).
With at least two years of specialized experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICK) setting, candidates should demonstrate a strong foundation in critical care nursing.
