The NOURISH coordination team seeks an experienced Senior MEAL Advisor to spearhead investment and country-level MEAL frameworks, encompassing the creation of the Performance Measurement Framework (PMF), strategic MEAL planning, and the formulation of a comprehensive learning agenda and strategy.

The position will be delivered through continuous support to Taps engaged in direct collaboration with country governments. A key focus will be strengthening government-led monitoring and data systems to promote sustainability and inform strategic decision-making at both national and subnational levels.

The Senior MEAL Advisor will lead efforts to bolster maternal nutrition data systems in Technical Assistance Partner countries through this initiative, offering strategic direction, technical expertise, and collaborative coordination. This position emphasizes advancing standardization, elevating data quality, enhancing interoperability, and fostering the practical application of data to strengthen accountability for maternal nutrition programs, including MMS and IFA interventions.

Risk, Compliance & Safeguarding (Data & Content) professionals ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and industry standards to mitigate potential risks associated with data management and content integrity. They develop and implement robust safeguarding measures, monitor compliance with privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA, and conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities. Additionally, they oversee data protection protocols, enforce access controls, and provide guidance on ethical data handling practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align data governance strategies with organizational objectives while maintaining transparency and accountability in all operations.
