Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is essential, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is expected. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A GCSE certificate is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
A valid Kenyan driver’s license, accompanied by an unblemished driving history, is required for this role.
A minimum of three years’ experience in the capacity of a light vehicle driver is required.
Possesses a strong understanding of road safety regulations and is thoroughly familiar with routes throughout Nakuru and its surrounding regions.
Possesses a fundamental understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures.
Skilled in maintaining transparency, dependability, and a polished demeanor, complemented by the ability to convey ideas effectively.
Required to demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and availability to accommodate operational needs.
