Ensure the secure transportation of staff, documents, and assigned goods while upholding strict confidentiality standards for all discussions and movements. Maintain impeccable punctuality by consistently adhering to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.

You will be responsible for ensuring the assigned vehicle remains in optimal condition, including routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Duties encompass general upkeep, refueling, conducting inspections, and managing insurance-related matters. Adaptability to handle emergencies as they arise is also required.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is essential, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is expected. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges are highly valued. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A GCSE certificate is the minimum educational requirement for this position.

A valid Kenyan driver’s license, accompanied by an unblemished driving history, is required for this role.

A minimum of three years’ experience in the capacity of a light vehicle driver is required.

Possesses a strong understanding of road safety regulations and is thoroughly familiar with routes throughout Nakuru and its surrounding regions.

Possesses a fundamental understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures.

Skilled in maintaining transparency, dependability, and a polished demeanor, complemented by the ability to convey ideas effectively.

Required to demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and availability to accommodate operational needs.
