Facilitate labor initiatives by verifying adherence to Collective Bargaining Agreements, as well as Hospital policies and procedures.
Compile and analyze periodic statistical data pertaining to workforce needs, staff turnover rates, leave patterns, and absence trends.
Develop and maintain leave schedules in alignment with department heads to ensure compliance and proper staffing coverage.
Develop and uphold an organized, streamlined filing system for HR documentation, ensuring accurate filing of personnel records and meticulous management of data.
Prepare and submit the monthly probationary report, ensuring it is shared with the supervisor at least one month prior to the conclusion of the probationary period.
Facilitate payroll administration processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
Ensure contract expiry dates are tracked diligently, and notify the supervisor at least one month prior to the expiration.
Monitor all currently employed staff and manage the separation process for employees whose contracts will not be renewed or are subject to termination.
Assist in onboarding and orienting new employees, ensuring they gain comprehensive understanding of key human resources policies, including the human resource manual and code of conduct.
Verify that all personnel possess current, relevant licenses and that their professional documentation remains valid and up-to-date, ensuring adherence to applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
