Role Context
The PR & Communications Associate will play a key role in advancing Prudential Kenya’s public relations and communications strategy, focusing on enhancing media engagement, producing premium content, facilitating internal communication efforts, organizing PR events, and contributing to crisis and reputational risk management initiatives.
The position will uphold and elevate the Prudential brand through the delivery of uniform, prompt, and regulation-compliant communication across every internal and external interaction.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proficiency in corporate communications, public relations, journalism, or agency environments with a minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Proficiency in facilitating media interactions, crafting compelling content, and fostering stakeholder connections is required.
Fluency in written English is required, while proficiency in Swahili is considered an additional asset.
Proficiency in financial services or insurance industry communication is beneficial.
