Oversee and execute comprehensive responsibilities encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across all departments. Collaborate with senior management to align initiatives with long-term goals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance to optimize expenditures while maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery. Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and empower employees to achieve peak performance through mentorship and professional development opportunities. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and upholding corporate governance standards. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and resolve conflicts proactively.

Daily review and accurate alignment of cash collections across riders, branches, and payment channels takes place.

Monitor rider payments to confirm accuracy and promptly process collected funds for remittance.

Conduct follow-up communications with riders and branch offices regarding outstanding balances, discrepancies, or unresolved compliance issues.

Provide support in determining rider payouts and delivery-related compensation.

Compile daily and weekly financial reconciliation reports as well as periodic finance summaries to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial records.

Ensure that all branches adhere to established standards for cash handling and operational finance processes.

Analyze data, workflows, or operational procedures to pinpoint any inconsistencies, inefficiencies, or unresolved deficiencies, and promptly communicate findings to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.

Assist finance and operations teams by conducting audits, implementing controls, and enhancing process efficiency.

Verify that operational data aligns accurately with information from platform reports and internal systems to ensure consistency and reliability.

Requirements

Seeking candidates with one to three years of professional experience in finance, reconciliation, audit, accounting, or an equivalent field.

Strong preference is given to candidates with prior reconciliation or audit experience.

Individuals must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and an intrinsic sense of accountability in all responsibilities.

Proficient in handling extensive datasets and generating detailed operational reports with ease.

Proficient in utilizing Excel and Google Sheets with a strong command of their functionalities is required.

Proven capability to thrive in a high-velocity operational setting.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain diligent follow-through.

Experience in logistics, delivery, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or restaurant operations is advantageous.
