To fulfill the position effectively, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives aimed at achieving key organizational objectives. The incumbent will facilitate the company’s digital transformation strategy by delivering technical and operational assistance across key functions within the BTS department, such as cloud infrastructure administration, enterprise architecture design, business application support, quality assurance, and innovation initiatives through J-Hub programs. They will manage routine to moderately complex tasks, alleviate backlogs, enhance response efficiency, and help cultivate a pipeline of emerging skilled professionals while driving innovation and safeguarding institutional knowledge to ensure sustainable operational performance.
Applicants must possess a relevant academic qualification along with substantial professional experience in the specified field. A degree in a related discipline is essential, complemented by at least [X] years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Demonstrated expertise through prior positions or specialized training is highly valued, and familiarity with industry standards or best practices is required. Strong academic credentials and a proven track record in the relevant domain are non-negotiable prerequisites for consideration.
A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Architecture, Business Information Systems, Software Development, Design, Innovation Management, UX/UI, or a closely related discipline.
A foundational knowledge of key technologies is required, including cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, monitoring solutions, architectural best practices, diagramming tools such as Vision or Lucid chart, application testing platforms like Jira, data management techniques, UI/UX design tools including Figma and Adobe XD, prototyping methodologies, and user research strategies.
Proficiency in artificial intelligence and machine learning principles is advantageous, particularly with formal coursework in these domains, such as Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
