Assess the disparities in abilities, discrepancies between skill sets, and determine the requirements for instruction that are pertinent to the economic zones connecting Kenya and Ethiopia.
Evaluate international labor migration trends, legal frameworks, and limitations.
Evaluate the involvement of diverse populations, including individuals underage and those at risk, within the workforce.
Determine obstacles that hinder employment opportunities and promote fair wages, encompassing legislative, organizational, and commercial limitations.
Offer pragmatic suggestions pertaining to the formation of ALMA, involvement in policymaking procedures, liaison with relevant parties, and implementation of labor relocation initiatives.

The commencement of the project will necessitate an Inception Report to be completed within two weeks of signing the contract.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a minimum of two years’ experience in marketing or related field. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram is highly desired. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing company’s social media accounts, creating content for website and blog, conducting market research, and analyzing data to track campaign performance.
Education
A candidate must possess an advanced degree in one of the following fields: economics, labor studies, development studies, or a closely related discipline.
Experience
The candidate must possess a minimum of ten years’ worth of verified expertise in conducting assessments related to the labor market and employment on a national scale.
A comprehensive comprehension of the labor markets in Eastern Africa is required, with a particular focus on Kenya and Ethiopia.
A background in the private sector, value chains, or skill analysis is necessary for this position.
Possessing experience in operating within complex, international environments or challenging settings is highly beneficial.
