Your role involves collaborating with the Awards Assistant to maintain and distribute the partner reporting tracker, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating the Awards Management System (AMS) promptly to reflect the latest information.
The role involves providing assistance to the Awards Assistant by ensuring prompt dispatch of calendar invitations for scheduled award-related meetings.
Facilitate the implementation of action items discussed in award meetings, ensuring they are promptly reviewed, validated, and distributed to relevant stakeholders without delay.
Compile management information from AMS and distribute it to the team each month through a portfolio analysis report, which will include details on awards in the pipeline, active awards, awards under amendment, high-risk awards, and closed awards.
Ensure the accurate maintenance and up-to-date status of the AMS, while meticulously documenting the audit trail for all awards and sub-awards.
Ensures adherence to all regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and ethical standards governing donor contributions and fundraising activities. Manages compliance with tax laws, including receipting and acknowledgment procedures for tax-deductible donations. Oversees accurate record-keeping, financial reporting, and the maintenance of donor data in compliance with privacy regulations. Conducts regular audits and reviews to verify donor eligibility, gift restrictions, and compliance with grant agreements. Collaborates with legal, finance, and development teams to address compliance issues and implement best practices. Identifies and mitigates risks associated with non-compliance to safeguard the organization’s reputation and financial integrity.
