As an Associate Client Manager at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with assigned accounts while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering growth across all solution areas. Develop and nurture strong, collaborative partnerships with essential stakeholders across designated accounts to ensure mutual success and alignment with organizational objectives.

Coordinate the collaboration of internal departments—such as customer support, service delivery, and management teams—to ensure alignment with account goals and fulfillment of client expectations.

Our objective is to deliver and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume while advancing strategic initiatives within designated accounts.

Lead collaborative strategic account planning efforts, establishing shared performance objectives, financial benchmarks, and key milestones for one- and three-year horizons.

Consistently evaluate, refine, and confirm client requirements to maintain alignment with the solutions provided.

Engage pertinent internal stakeholders to actively develop solutions that precisely meet client specifications and objectives.

Ensure adherence to company standards to consistently deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Successfully fulfill all mandatory training and development goals within the designated timeframes.

Drive executive-level engagement and secure sponsorship from key stakeholders within designated accounts.

Deliver precise, up-to-date reports on designated performance indicators in accordance with management directives.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team or independently. A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role is required, coupled with a proven track record of delivering results. A formal qualification in a related field, such as a bachelor’s degree or relevant certification, is strongly preferred.

Earned a Bachelor’s Degree or college certification from a regionally accredited institution.

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in client management within the IT industry is required.

Requires a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
