Facilitate the implementation of action items arising from award meetings and ensure their prompt review and distribution.
We assist in compiling management information from AMS and distribute it to the team each month through a portfolio analysis report, which includes details on awards in the pipeline, active awards, awards under amendment, high-risk awards, and closed awards.
Ensure the accurate and continuous maintenance of AMS, keeping it fully up to date while meticulously documenting every award and sub-award transaction in the audit trail.
Ensures adherence to regulatory and ethical standards governing charitable contributions. Implements and monitors policies to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as organizational guidelines. Tracks and verifies donor eligibility, gift restrictions, and reporting obligations. Maintains accurate records of all donor transactions and communications. Identifies and resolves potential compliance risks or discrepancies. Collaborates with legal, finance, and development teams to uphold transparency and accountability in fundraising activities.
