Strath more School is in search of a dedicated and qualified Mathematics and Science & Technology educator to strengthen its Lower Primary division. The ideal applicant will instruct learners from Grade 1 to Grade 3 in Mathematics, serving as the core subject, while also teaching Science and Technology.

We seek a candidate who demonstrates deep subject expertise alongside a sincere passion for educating young learners, coupled with the skill to design and deliver dynamic, developmentally suitable lessons.

Oversee and execute critical duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, while maintaining strict adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous growth. Monitor performance metrics to assess progress, provide actionable feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Additionally, lead training initiatives to upskill staff, streamline workflows, and contribute to long-term organizational success.

Design and execute engaging, high-quality Mathematics and Science & Technology lessons tailored specifically for learners in Grades 1 through 3.

Craft engaging, competency-based learning experiences that fully align with the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) framework. Develop and execute educational activities designed to meet specified learning outcomes and competencies outlined in the CBC standards.

Evaluate learner development systematically and deliver prompt feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.

Accurately document learner attendance, performance, and developmental progress to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.

Foster a welcoming, diverse, and intellectually engaging classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and motivated to succeed.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to enhance student wellbeing and academic performance.

Engage in a variety of school-related activities, including staff meetings and professional development sessions, to foster collaboration and continuous learning.
