To meet the prescribed customer visit frequency and achieve specified minimum order quantities and/or values, thereby facilitating the enhancement of both sales volume and value.

Foster and sustain strong professional connections with distributors and customers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and long-term engagement.

Supply sales management with comprehensive reports detailing customer requirements, challenges, preferences, competitive actions, and opportunities to enhance sales performance within the designated territory.

Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in partnership with area management to achieve timely resolutions. Prioritize the swift resolution of customer issues to maximize satisfaction levels.

Prepare and deliver precise, up-to-date reports to the area manager, ensuring they are submitted promptly to support informed planning decisions.

Partner with distributors to ensure successful implementation, monitoring, and continuous enhancement of adherence to the market-defined minimum execution standards, thereby fostering growth.

Execute additional responsibilities as directed by leadership when required.
