Facilitate comprehensive data collection initiatives for Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) across all thematic programs, projects, and functional departments.
Guarantee the precision and reliability of data to facilitate precise monitoring and evaluation of the institution’s strategic goals.
Assist with evaluating data to monitor the efficacy of programs, projects, and operational departments.
Assist with maintaining and updating the Reporting Matrix to accurately capture and reflect the status of multiple projects within the ERP system.
Assist in compiling and preparing reports using gathered data, while monitoring the progress and performance of programs, projects, and functional departments to ensure alignment with institutional strategic objectives.
Guarantee clear, logical presentation of outcomes and impacts derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions.
Execute additional duties assigned on an ongoing basis.
Seeking a candidate with a proven track record in analytical problem-solving, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in project management tools. Must demonstrate experience in developing strategic initiatives and implementing innovative solutions. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role. Responsibilities encompass leading cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with industry-specific software are essential.
A master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or an equivalent field is required.
