.Responsibilities
To uphold adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and customer education on top-up processes, meticulous oversight of each step is essential.
Partners with the direct supervisor to design, implement, and track targeted sales programs within the designated territory.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) throughout the acquisition and onboarding phases to maintain performance standards and operational efficiency.
Devices will be recovered from customers who fail to comply with established policies.
Deliver first-level assistance by conducting on-site troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns promptly.
Investigate and address customer issues that remain unresolved after initial attempts, ensuring thorough follow-up and resolution.
Network problems are addressed and resolved through escalation procedures, ensuring timely and effective solutions. This role involves identifying critical issues, documenting their impact, and coordinating with relevant teams to implement necessary fixes. Strong analytical skills are required to diagnose complex network problems, while clear communication is essential to convey technical details to stakeholders at all levels. The ability to prioritize issues based on urgency and potential impact is crucial to maintaining seamless network operations.
Each day, we compile comprehensive reports summarizing progress toward established goals. This includes gathering, verifying, and organizing data to assess performance against predetermined targets.
Conduct comprehensive tracking and analysis of monthly trends for designated markets to identify evolving patterns, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
Develop weekly review dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Ad-hoc reports will be prepared promptly upon request to meet specific analytical or operational needs.
Track and document competitor actions and developments on a consistent basis, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of findings to relevant stakeholders.
Deliver comprehensive customer insights to identify and recommend products or services that precisely align with their specific requirements.
Develop and implement in-person marketing campaigns, including road shows, property tours, and mall activations, to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A minimum of three years of professional experience in software development is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is mandatory. Familiarity with web development frameworks like React or Angular is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills are critical for success in this role. Effective teamwork and communication competencies are also necessary to collaborate efficiently in a dynamic environment.
A relevant graduate degree, a Diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification is required.
Proficiency in telecom and fixed wireless trends represents an additional asset.
With at least one year of experience in outdoor sales—ideally within the telecom sector, though this is not a strict requirement—you bring a strong foundation in client engagement and territory management. Your ability to navigate dynamic environments and build lasting relationships will be essential to driving growth and meeting performance targets.
Commercial acumen involves a deep understanding of the competitive environment, the range of products and services available, pricing structures, and commission frameworks.
A strong understanding of solutions spanning both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services is essential for this role.
