Under the guidance of the Data Analytics Team Lead, the Program Policy Officer (Data Analyst) – NOA will undertake the following key deliverables:

Develop and implement a data-driven framework to strengthen the identification and prioritization of vulnerable individuals in need of assistance.
Design, implement, and continuously refine analytical tools to monitor, identify, and document individuals slated for support who are subsequently removed from the monthly delivery cycle.
Strengthen the capabilities for detecting anomalies and ensuring quality assurance:
Lead data-driven assurance initiatives by detecting and highlighting anomalies within corporate systems—namely SCOPE, COMET, and WINGS—while maintaining precise reconciliation of transfers and program data.
Develop and sustain reconciliation processes for in-kind contributions across multiple platforms, specifically COMET, SCOPE, and LESS.
Assist Area Offices in detecting discrepancies within Payment Lists through the Redemption and Enrollments Dashboard, while ensuring adherence to established corporate protocols.
You will manage deduplication processes, promptly suspending biometric duplicates and ensuring compliance reports are delivered to senior management. Additionally, you will enhance and enforce existing business rules to eliminate the risk of new duplicates entering delivery systems.
Ensure the efficient and punctual execution of the delivery cycle while maintaining high standards of accuracy throughout the process.
Design an interactive visualization platform to present near real-time updates on delivery cycle progress, encompassing completed cycles, critical milestones, and the operational status of delivery processes across various Area Offices.
Create and manage dynamic dashboards and analytical tools designed to track program performance and beneficiary trends, converting intricate datasets into straightforward, practical insights for program teams and regional offices.
To inform operational enhancements, develop and implement reporting mechanisms and automation solutions.
Collaborating with Program, Supply Chain, and Cooperating Partner Management units, the role involves preparing monthly reports, including transfer and programmatic reconciliation reports, for review and approval by the Country Director, Deputy Country Directors, Head of Programs, and Head of Supply Chain.
Collaborate with Activity Units to assess reporting requirements and design automated reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools that clearly present insights and facilitate informed decision-making.
Capacity building initiatives and enhanced data literacy programs are being implemented at CO and AOS to strengthen analytical capabilities and decision-making processes.
Engage collaboratively with the Chief Operating Officer (CO) and Administrative Officer (AO) teams to comprehensively assess their data requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop analytical solutions to enhance operational decision-making frameworks.
Provide training and support to CO and AO staff regarding data extraction, utilization, and analysis to enhance their skills and encourage self-sufficiency in data-driven processes.
Ensure full adherence to WFP data governance, privacy, and security policies while protecting sensitive information and upholding the highest ethical standards in data utilization.
Participate actively in ongoing education to stay current with developments in data analytics tools, systems, and industry best practices, fostering innovation and enhancing delivery methodologies.
Deliver prompt and precise assistance for ad hoc data analysis and extraction requests from IDM & Delivery, Program, and other teams, alongside fulfilling any supplementary IDM & Delivery and data analytics tasks assigned to align with operational priorities.
