Riset Software & Systems LTD is in search of a dynamic and technically adept professional to fill the role of POS & ERP Software Training/Sales Executive, as we continue to grow our team.

The successful candidate will exhibit a strong enthusiasm for technology, customer education, software demonstrations, and sales. Responsibilities include delivering client training on our POS and ERP systems, leading product demonstrations, assisting with system implementations, and contributing to customer base expansion.

Oversee a comprehensive range of operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Execute strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven solutions to achieve measurable outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, resolve challenges, and uphold compliance with established policies and regulations. Lead projects from inception to completion, allocating resources effectively and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery. Act as a liaison between leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.

Educate clients in the effective utilization of Point of Sale and Enterprise Resource Planning software solutions.

Deliver engaging software demonstrations, conduct informative presentations, and lead comprehensive product walkthroughs to showcase features and functionalities.

We facilitate the deployment and integration of software solutions while overseeing the onboarding of new users to ensure a smooth transition and optimal utilization of the systems.

Provide clients with guidance on installation, resolve technical issues, and deliver comprehensive user assistance.

Develop and sustain robust, long-lasting connections with customers.

Conduct on-site visits at client locations to deliver training sessions and provide technical assistance as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of relevant experience in financial management or analysis. Proficiency in Excel is mandatory, while experience with ERP systems is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are essential. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices is also required.

A qualification in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Marketing, or Business is required.

Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline serves as a foundational requirement for this role.
