Assist the sales team by preparing and distributing hotel vouchers, itineraries, quotations, invoices, and booking confirmations as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized travel itineraries tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
Handle modifications to bookings, process cancellations, address special requests, and provide emergency assistance as needed.
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless alignment between bookings and established company protocols.
Assist in maintaining current digital and physical records for all reservations and associated documentation.
Monitor service standards rigorously, collect feedback systematically, and contribute to process enhancements to ensure continuous improvement.
