Operational support for underwriting processes will be provided by this role, serving as the primary liaison between the underwriting team and customers to ensure seamless, end-to-end service delivery. Through strategic partnerships with diverse distribution channels, insurance brokers, agents, and bancassurance providers, we expand market presence and improve service accessibility for a broader client base.

Initiate consultations with clients, agents, and brokers to discuss and finalize terms related to coverage, pricing, and service provision.

Determining both group and individual renewal rates involves analyzing customers’ background, industry, and demographic data to derive accurate metrics.

Delivering exceptional support to facilitate the thorough review, categorization, and evaluation of applications.

Delivering courteous and prompt assistance to customers, while adeptly managing demanding scenarios with professionalism and composure.

Education and Experience Required: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably in a leadership or senior role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, as well as expertise in software design patterns, algorithms, and system architecture. Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure) or project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum) are highly advantageous. Additionally, experience with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is expected.

A bachelor’s degree in a field such as insurance, business administration, finance, or a related discipline is required for this position.

Progress Insurance Professional Qualification candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant industry experience, along with a solid educational background in finance, business, or a related discipline.
