Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will spearhead revenue expansion for Timidity Investment Company through proactive marketing and sales initiatives focused on the company’s real estate assets. This position encompasses lead generation, cultivating client relationships, finalizing transactions, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality customer experience throughout each property acquisition process.

Oversee and execute critical operational tasks and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across departments. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement, while maintaining a focus on sustainable and scalable solutions. Lead cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication, guidance, and support to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business priorities. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and internal controls to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.

Prospect and cultivate high-quality leads specifically for residential housing development initiatives.

Market the company’s real estate offerings to consistently meet predefined sales objectives, leveraging strategic promotion and client engagement to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Deliver expert property presentations, conduct comprehensive site visits, and facilitate tailored viewings for prospective clients.

Develop and maintain robust client relationships while offering strategic guidance on property investment opportunities.

Craft and finalize offers, agreements, and sales contracts in collaboration with prospective buyers, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and legally sound through careful negotiation and review.

Ensure precise tracking of sales pipeline data and generate periodic performance forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Partner with marketing teams to implement and oversee promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Maintain strict adherence to all legal regulations and documentation standards throughout the property sales process.

Seeking a candidate with a strong academic background in a relevant field, complemented by at least three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational and project management capabilities are required to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Hold a Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

Proven real estate sales experience encompassing a minimum of three years, specifically in residential or apartment properties, is required.

Achieved a consistent history of surpassing or meeting predetermined sales objectives with measurable success.

Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of the property market alongside proficiency in contemporary sales methodologies and practices.
