Our role involves overseeing key operational tasks, including the development and execution of strategic plans to enhance business performance. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and monitoring progress through performance metrics. Additionally, you will drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and foster innovation to maintain a competitive edge. The position also requires collaborating with senior management to align departmental objectives with broader company strategies, as well as conducting regular evaluations to assess team productivity and identify areas for enhancement.

Ensure adherence to customer acquisition and onboarding protocols, including Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and customer education initiatives for top-up processes.

Partners with the Line Manager to design, implement, and track strategic sales initiatives within the designated territory.

Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both acquisition and onboarding processes.

Devices must be recovered from customers who have failed to comply with established policies.

Deliver first-tier assistance by performing on-site troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.

Investigating and resolving escalated customer concerns that frontline support cannot address directly constitutes a key responsibility.

Network incidents must be promptly elevated to the appropriate teams for resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. This involves identifying the severity of the issue, documenting the problem thoroughly, and communicating critical details to the relevant stakeholders. The individual responsible must work collaboratively with technical teams to facilitate a swift and effective solution while maintaining clear and concise updates throughout the process.

Daily compilation of key performance metrics to ensure attainment of established targets.

Monitor and analyze monthly trends across designated markets to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential risks.

Develop dashboards for weekly performance assessments to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.

As necessary, compilation of ad-hoc reports will be undertaken to meet specific operational or analytical needs.

Track and document competitor actions, ensuring comprehensive analysis and timely dissemination of findings to relevant stakeholders.

Deliver comprehensive customer insights and recommend tailored products or services to effectively address their specific requirements.

Plan and implement localized marketing strategies, including roadshows, estate storms, and mall activations, to effectively engage target audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is familiarity with industry-standard software and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team, are also necessary. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Prior experience in project management or a similar capacity is highly advantageous.

A relevant graduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, or an equivalent credential, is required.

Proficiency in telecommunications or fixed wireless industry trends represents a valuable asset for this role.

We seek candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in outdoor sales roles, with a preference for those who have worked in the telecom sector, though this background is not strictly required.

Demonstrates a strong grasp of commercial dynamics, including competitive positioning, available product offerings, pricing structures, and compensation frameworks.

Proficient in technology with a strong ability to comprehend solutions spanning both 5G and Fixed Wireless Services.
