Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. Candidates are expected to fulfill the following prerequisites:

A diploma or degree in disciplines such as Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any closely related business-focused field is required.

Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a fast-paced Level 4 hospital or healthcare facility is required.

Experienced with Kisumu and its neighboring areas, possessing an in-depth understanding of local community networks as well as the regional corporate environment.

Demonstrated expertise in healthcare marketing initiatives, patient acquisition strategies, and business growth development.

Demonstrates a deep comprehension of hospital service positioning and competitive healthcare marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with fulfilling the following responsibilities and requirements:

Craft and execute comprehensive business development and marketing strategies with the primary objective of increasing patient volume.

Foster and sustain robust partnerships with corporate entities, insurance providers, referral collaborators, and key members of the community.

Promote a comprehensive range of hospital services encompassing outpatient and inpatient care, maternity units, surgical theaters, diagnostic facilities, and specialized clinical departments to enhance patient engagement and service utilization.

Perform comprehensive market research and in-depth competitor analysis to uncover potential avenues for expansion and strategic advantage.

Devise and implement outreach initiatives, health awareness campaigns, and community engagement strategies.

Elevate the hospital’s brand recognition throughout Kisumu and its neighboring areas to foster greater awareness and trust among current and potential patients.

Oversee the hospital’s marketing communications strategy, encompassing digital platforms and promotional materials, to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective audience engagement.

Facilitate the growth of patient acquisition efforts and enhance the conversion of prospective leads into actual service utilization.

Monitor, evaluate, and document marketing performance metrics and business development results, providing clear insights and summaries for stakeholders.

Partner with various internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with current market demands.
