Treasury Support: Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly treasury operations, monitoring and recording fundamental financial transactions.

Ensure the integrity and currency of financial records by maintaining precise transaction logs within accounting systems.
Assist in monitoring cash flows for program funding and perform preliminary reconciliations as directed by supervision.
Provide compliance support by helping maintain accurate documentation and ensuring statutory deductions such as PAYE, NSSF, and VAT are filed punctually under supervision.
Supporting the compilation and dissemination of monthly financial reports and summaries is required.
Provide support for audit preparations by systematically organizing necessary documentation and pertinent information.
Collaborate effectively with the business development team to deliver essential financial and administrative assistance.
Provide administrative and HR support by managing records, coordinating leave schedules, and performing related duties to ensure organizational efficiency.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related business discipline is required for this position.
Demonstrates familiarity with fundamental accounting concepts and regulatory financial reporting standards.
Professional qualification progress, particularly the attainment of credentials such as CPA, ARCA, or their equivalents, would be considered a beneficial asset.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office tools is required, and prior experience with accounting systems is considered advantageous.
